
Cancellation Policy
At Whiskers Bark and Play, we understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change.
To ensure we can provide the best care for all of our furry guests, we kindly ask that any cancellations for daycare booking be made at least 12 hours before your pup's care, and for boarding cancelations to be at least 48 hours before your booked stay.
Daycare cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
Boarding cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee
Why This Policy Is Needed
• Ensures Fairness – Last-minute cancellations take away opportunities for other pets who may be in need of care. By giving advance notice, we can better accommodate all clients.
• Supports Our Staff – Our team plans their day based on scheduled bookings. Cancellations without notice can lead to inefficiencies in staffing and scheduling.
• Helps Keep Costs Down – Missed appointments result in lost resources and increased costs, which can affect pricing for all customers. A small fee helps offset these disruptions.
• Maintains Quality Care – With proper scheduling, we can ensure every pup receives the attention, supervision, and love they deserve.
